Just thought I'd throw this out there.
I'm a certified UHaul Dealer and can basically setup rentals for anywhere throughout the US.
If you need a small truck to pick up some parts up to a 26' truck to move from one home to another we can handle it. Also have two wheel tow dollies and flatbed car trailers for moving those projects that won't move on their own.
I can't promise super rock bottom pricing but I can do what I'm able to do to help everyone out.
You can PM me on here, or text my cell 513-390-6169 (I don't answer numbers I don't know, so texting first is best) if I don't answer leave a message.
TO RENT A UHaul you MUST have the following.... 1) Valid Drivers License (this includes valid insurance...without insurance your drivers license isinvalid and our systems check these for verification)
2) credit or debit card to make reservation (nothing is charged to the card at the time the reservation is made, but if you cancel within 24 hours of your rental date/time they do reserve the right to assess a $50.00 cancellation fee)
3) If you're paying by credit card with SOMEONE ELSES credit card, they must also be present at the time of the rental, assuming if you're using your own card you'll already be there.
4) If paying with cash a "deposit" of ~$100 (sometimes more/less depending on equipment rented) is due PRIOR to rental.
4a) also if paying cash you'll need to leave the REGISTRATION of the vehicle you've driven to the UHaul location with the employees inside the store (this ensures UHaul gets paid if you go over your mileage or damage the truck, IF a balance goes unpaid UHaul will have your plates/license suspended through the state) basically...don't be a brokedick and budget accordingly.
As a recommendation I'd go one size larger than you THINK you'll need. For the most part this ends up being cheaper in the end, if everything doesn't fit in one load then you're paying extra mileage for the second trip.
Generally speaking the "next size up" is ~$10.00 more for the rental and at $0.80-$1.00 a mile which is what UHaul charges if the trip is more than 5 miles one way you've already cost yourself the same amount if not more than just "up sizing"
Lastly, I VERY highly recommend getting the optional insurance, 90% of Auto Insurance don't cover UHaul trucks as they have a tow rating OVER 2,000 lbs UNLESS you have a CDL license. Ask me how I know.*read woman still in jail until she can pay for $40,000 truck she totalled because "her insurance will cover it she doesn't need UHauls*
